这个“神奇”的现象,唯一证明的是gov.cn各网站已经积攒了足够多的统计数字(远大于10000,而xx.xx%的数字一共一万个,这就是抽屉原理的一个简单应用。)当然,这些数以亿计的统计数字并不代表国家的数目字管理已经成功。。。
如果有人足够悠闲,可以写个小程序,遍历全部xx.xx%在gov.cn的分布情况。。看看是不是真的有特别被偏爱的数字。
